Upon receipt of the order you have 30 days available to return it for a refund or product exchange.

To return a product you must contact us at Email: info@cpmproduct.it and specify the reason.

Once our manager has accepted the reason for return, you will need to pack and label the product as per our instructions.

There are some simple rules to keep in mind:

- Vehicles can not be returned if the product has been damaged or modified.

- You must request the return of the product within 30 days.

- The returned product must be salable to another customer, so it is critical not to damage, lose or soil the packaging, the product or its accessories. You can then open the packaging, but without damaging it. This way you can restore it to return (we do not accept the goods if our packaging has been lost or damaged).
