REFUNDS

Refunds are usually made using the same payment method chosen by the customer to pay the order.

This data, only the name of the owner may be visible in the Bank that we received from you; for this reason we are unable to give you any amount, before you send us the complete bank codes.

If you paid by credit card the amount will be debited from your credit card.

The estimated time to receive a refund is 2/3 working days from the confirmation of request refund.
